The Barcode That Started It All
Back in the early 1980s, a new government requirement changed everything.
Every shipment, regardless of industry, needed a barcode – but the equipment to produce them was expensive, complicated, and out of reach for most businesses (especially smaller ones). Instead of seeing a problem, ParCode’s founder saw an opportunity.
What started in 1982 as a way to help companies meet a new requirement, quickly grew into something much bigger.

Jason Aranowitz
President & CEO
Jason Aranowitz leads ParCode with a focus on the “brand promise” that originated with his dad — that our job is to make our customers successful. And Jason does that by ensuring we take the often complex identification and labeling challenges our customers face, and make them simple. Make it EASY — easy to talk to a real person, easy to explain their problem, and easy to work with us. We do the rest. Having grown up around the business, Jason combines decades of industry experience with a modern, customer-first approach to operations and growth. While Frankie and team ensure the operations are flawless, Jay’s focus and passion is on building long-term partnerships with customers under his leadership, ParCode continues to evolve while staying true to its roots — delivering practical solutions, personal service, and results that customers can rely on.
Frank (“Frankie”) Palmer
Frankie has been part of the ParCode story for over 30 years — starting out working alongside our founder, and growing into the backbone of operations today. With decades of hands-on experience, he understands the barcode and labeling industry inside and out, and has helped thousands of clients solve complex operational challenges. Frankie is known for his practical, no-nonsense approach. Take it from our customers – who’ve said time and again, “If you’re not sure what you need, just ask Frankie!” From high-level strategy to the smallest detail, he ensures things are done right the first time. Whether it’s organizing data, structuring a labeling system, or turning a spreadsheet into a fully executable production plan — put it in his hands, and it gets done.
Krystyna Olsiewicz
Office Manager | 30 Years at ParCode
Krystyna has been a steady, trusted presence at ParCode for over 30 years. We always say she’s way more than an Office Manager, but we can’t explain all she does in one title! She keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes — supporting customers, managing the books, coordinating projects, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her deep knowledge of the company and its clients brings consistency and reliability to everything she touches. If something needs to get organized, tracked, or handled, Krystyna is the one who makes it happen.

Victor leads ParCode’s production team with over two decades of hands-on experience. He and his production team ensure every label, tag, and system is produced accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
