Quotations
Quotes provided by ParCode are estimates based upon the information available at the time of quotation and may be subject to revision if project specifications change.
Orders
Orders submitted through our website or sales representatives are subject to acceptance by ParCode.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, unavailable materials, or suspected fraud.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork proofs prior to production.
Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
ParCode is not responsible for errors contained within customer-approved artwork.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order has been accepted.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during the ordering process when appropriate.
Payment
Payment terms may vary depending upon customer account status, order type, and prior arrangements.
Online orders require payment at the time of purchase unless alternative terms have been established.
Shipping
Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
ParCode is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Because the majority of ParCode products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer, orders generally cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
Custom products are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Shipping damage
- Errors made by ParCode
Claims regarding damaged or incorrect products should be reported within ten (10) business days after delivery.
If ParCode determines that an error occurred, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the product
- Repair the product
- Issue a credit
- Provide an appropriate refund
Products manufactured according to customer-approved specifications are not considered defective simply because they do not meet changed customer preferences after production.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of ParCode or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Disclaimer
This website and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except as required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
